Peachtree City prices held steady while sales picked up
The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 199 homes sold in ZIP 30269 during the three months ending July 31, 2026. That is up 17.1% from the same months in 2025. More buyers closed deals, yet the median sale price held at $600,000, up just 0.4%. For homeowners, that means your equity did not slip. For buyers, it means more deals are getting done without a sharp local price jump.
The Federal Housing Finance Agency reported U.S. house prices rose 2.6% from July 2025 to July 2026. Peachtree City's 0.4% gain is smaller than that national figure. Prices here did not fall, but they did not race ahead either.
Homes are taking a little longer to sell
The Real Estate Data Aggregator shows the median home in ZIP 30269 sat on the market for 39 days. That is 13 days longer than the same period in 2025. Not every home sold fast. But with 2.8 months of supply, unchanged from a year ago, the market is not tipping heavily toward buyers or sellers.
The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 181 homes for sale during the period, up 16% from 2025. New listings came in at 232, up 8.4%. More choices for buyers, but supply stayed measured.
Most homes sold close to asking price
The Real Estate Data Aggregator put the average sale-to-list ratio at 98.3% for ZIP 30269. That is down just 0.3 points from 2025. Sellers are still getting very close to what they ask. Only 12.6% of homes sold above list price, down 8 points from a year ago. Bidding wars are less common now, which is worth knowing before you price your home.
Pending sales reached 206, up 19.1% from 2025, according to the Real Estate Data Aggregator. That points to continued buyer activity heading into the next period. About 25.7% of homes went under contract within two weeks of listing, though that share is down 4.9 points from a year ago.
Rates are a real factor right now
Realtor.com reported that mortgage rates topped 7% for the first time since January 2025 in September 2026. That affects what buyers can afford. It may be one reason homes are taking a few more days to sell here. It is a real headwind, and it is worth factoring into your plans.
